Ephemera Journal

This is a large journal and could have cartridge paper inserted for anyone interested in drawing.

It is slightly larger than A4, holds A4 paper which can easily be replaced with the simple opening devices used.
If anyone has any ideas about other inserts they might like I'd be interested to hear from you.
I have some other fabric featuring chickens which is also French in flavour and which I hope to use for a journal/notebook.

Shabby Chic Christmas Card

I'm dreaming of a pink Christmas - as always!! Don't you think snow should come in pink too?
Well, a series of cards and gift tags featuring pink snowflakes, glittered, soft felt hearts, as well as lace, ribbons and pearls of course help a little.

More to follow - more on Folksy.

Shabby Chic Journal Notebooks

New items I have been working on are these gorgeous journal-cum-notebooks. I am using the same sorts of items to adorn them as I am using on the current range of cards and tags I am working on - they are just gorgeous on your desk - so pretty and very durable.

The pages can be taken out and new pages put in so easily so that in that respect they are very cost effective - available in my Folksy shop.

New items - SHabby Chic Notelets

Haven't had much time to write the blog as I've been fulfilling an order of Bridal Collage Tags - the more I think about them, the more uses I can think of for them - well someone has thought of 10 uses for her wedding guests or bridesmaids- what a lovely idea!
So I have been listing items on Folksy, Etsy and Artfire and developing a range of notelets- here are some pics (more in the online shops) and they all come with matching envelopes with a scallop edge.
It's always nice to receive a letter - notelets used to be the thing when I was a little girl - they're lovely and can be so modern now - I'd like to see them become popular again - as much or as little room for your text as you like!!!
Still more chic than shabby!!

So chic - not too shabby

I'm very excited about this new range of cards and tags - and there is so much more to come!!

It's not just the shabby chic style but the combination of colours and textures that I think work so well - I just love the manilla card, natural fibres and tulle and silk mix.
Cards is just one of the things I do instead of housework - so if you like my creations be sure to check out my other items on Etsy, Folksy and Artfire
Thanks for looking.
